Warpeer opens a server's files over SFTP using the same saved host and credential as its terminal.
Open files
- On the Hosts tab, tap the folder button and choose a host.
- In a terminal, tap + in the session dock and choose SFTP Host.
- Tap the SFTP floating key, which is on the default pad, to open the files of the current tab's host.
The browser opens in your home folder. Tap a folder to open it, and use the up arrow to return to the parent folder. The path is shown under the title.
Manage files
- Upload opens the Android file picker and copies the chosen file into the current folder.
- New folder creates a folder in the current folder.
- Long-press an item to Download a file to a location you choose, Rename it or Delete it. Deleting asks for confirmation and removes the item from the server. A folder must be empty before it can be deleted.
- Show hidden files at the end of the list reveals dot files such as
.bashrc. - Refresh reloads the folder.
File previews and git status and diffs, available in Warpeer for iPhone, are not in the Android build yet.
